Rokan was raised in a canyon stronghold where every warrior carved victories into stone. He became renowned for carving a promise instead: no displaced traveler would be turned away at sunrise. When a warlord ordered the sanctuary gates closed, Rokan lowered his spear, raised his oath-shield, and led both guards and refugees to build a new fortress together.
